How to Measure Your Feet

Prepare Your Materials

You'll need a piece of paper larger than your foot, a pencil, and a ruler or measuring tape.

Trace Your Foot

Stand on the paper with your full weight on your foot. Trace around your foot, keeping the pencil perpendicular.

Measure the Length

Measure from the heel to the longest toe. This is your foot length. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.

Find Your Size

Compare your measurement to our size chart above. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Fit Tips

Snug is Good

Pilates socks should fit snugly to prevent slipping during your practice. A little stretch is normal.

Toe Socks

For toe socks, ensure each toe compartment fits comfortably. They may feel unusual at first but provide excellent grip.

Wide Feet

If you have wide feet, consider sizing up. Our cotton blend has some stretch to accommodate different foot widths.
